Contest Committee

Hi All!

You already know me as Katie from Peachy & Pip. Now, I'd like to introduce myself to you as Katie, Contest Committee Head. I'm really excited to be a part of this and excited to see what each new contest brings!

First: WOW! We've already received some great entries for our first team contest! Choosing a winner from so much talent will not be easy.

Is anyone else still working on an entry? Or inspired to do something amazing based on our theme, Las Vegas? The deadline for all entries is June 3rd, and we will announce the winner on June 6th. Sarah made a really cool stuffed dice for the winner! (I was going to include a picture of the dice, but blogger won't let me!)If you have any questions about the contest, please email me at peachyandpip@gmail.com.

I am still looking for more people interested in joining the contest committee. Eventually, I'd like to have a committee of 8-10 people from a diverse group of talents to judge each contest and choose contest themes. There will be at least one contest per month. I'd like to thank Natalie from Scrivener's Retreat for joining the committee and look forward to a few new committee members for next month! :)

Eventually, we'd like to offer bigger, better prizes, but we aren't there yet. Sarah made something really cool and I was wondering if anyone else is interested in donating something to the contest committee for the months ahead? Send me an email if you're interested. It would be much appreciated!
