It's not a website, they are email addresses that you can contact for information. I don't know if the event has a site or not.
I emailed and got this response: Thanks for your interest, and we would love to have your company involved in the Green Girl Music & Arts Festival! I will get back to you soon with more information, and be able to answer all of your questions. We're also working on a new web site, and will have that up soon as well.
