The Latest About the Mount Charleston Fair

I met with Gina again today, and we walked around, figuring out where everyone will go. She is having a jazz trio at our fair and quite possibly wine tasting inside by the fireplace(no, the fireplace will not be lit). This is going to be great!!!
I took the advice of those of you who sent me information to give to the City Life editor. I sent him an information article. We'll see if we hooked him!!! Thanks for the help.
Gina mentioned how she'd love to have a holiday crafts fair at the hotel. She plans to turn the hotel into a "winter wonderland".Yikes!!! I don't know about organizing another one. Let's see how this one works out. But it's nice to keep in mind that we do have a free place to hold a fair if we do want to do a holiday one. I don't think we could have as many vendors as it would have to be inside, but who knows?
We have over forty vendors at this time. Some people are sharing booths. I'm still waiting to see if I can add the few who are on the waiting list. I'm actually working out a map of sorts and waiting to hear back from people about whether or not they need to stake tents or can use sandbags. Once I know where everyone goes, we'll see if we can add anyone else.
I left a lot of the postcards and flyers at the hotel. She was putting them all around as I was leaving. I'm getting excited. I just hope you all don't blame me if this doesn't turn out to be as great as I'm hoping it will be. Remember, I'm a novice at this. The count down begins.....
