Let's Get Those Contracts in for the Mt. Charleston Fair

Hey everyone. It's Robi from Nevada Woods. I've been receiving contracts for the show, but I wanted to remind everyone that I really need these by July 1st so we can really start promoting the show. I have already spent some of my own money to order some promotional flyers and postcards, but I can't afford to continue to spend my own money. I just wanted to get some made so we could start putting them out there. As soon as they come, I will be mailing them to the paid participants.
Sarah, other team leaders and I decided we are going to let people other than Handmade in Vegas team members participate if they wish to do so. I guess there have been inquiries to this effect. Let's face it: we want this to be a success for all!!! Promoting it is the key to success, and promoting takes money.
This is an awesome place to have an event. It is pretty, cool and there is always lots of traffic in the summer. If it's a success, we can make in annual. If you didn't get a contract for some reason, please let me know. Sometimes e-mails don't go through.
As I receive contracts and checks, I add a link on the website to the vendor's shop. People can go to the links and see what kind of wares we will be selling. Please don't hesitate to go to the website. I am always updating it. Tell others about it. Also, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail me at nevadawoods@hotmail.com. Once again, the website is:http://mtcharlestonartsandcraftsfair.webs.com

Hey There,
Can't wait for the show! Instead of mailing flyers or postcards why not email them to us. That can save postage.

Hi Kathy. I ordered some flyers and postcards in color, so I want to get those out to paid participants. Then if you wish, you can make black and white copies when you run out.

That is so nice of u to do!
Several other show organizers, just email the flyer to us in color and we just print it up. Saves time, printing and money.

Just and FYI--
For future

I just mailed mine yesterday. I was delayed because I had to ask them if my ferrets would be welcome. They're not! Tears.
