The question at hand is:
What is a discount you would like to give in your shop for all LOCAL Etsy Members?( There is a way to check to see if everyone is a member too, by looking on our blog, which has everyone's shop who is and just by going to their page and check location)
So far we have 15%-25% as the average. Should it be the same in everyone's shop across the board?Post here as to what you think?

No one has said anything yet about how to do the listing.
But so far a reserved listing sounds great to me.
I would rather do it that way, easier to do discount wise.

It sure would be easier if everyone had the same discount. I like the sound of 20% off. Probably easiest to do a reserved listing so the buyer can specify whether they want to pick up or have it mailed.
Maybe we could list participating shops in the monthly newsletter? Again, I'm just worried about non-team members trying to sneak our discount if we post it on our public websites.

There r ways to check to see if they are on Etsy before order goes out.
20% sounds reasonable. Maybe we should take such sales private so we don't have to pay fees on these sales? Is that wrong?

20% is perfect! And, I agree with everyone about the email/convo, too!
