Possible Holiday Show in Mt. Charleston

Hello everyone. I am working on setting up a possible holiday show for us at the hotel. They did very well in food and beverage sales at our show August 8th. They promised that this time we could be the exclusive vendors.
I know there are a zillion shows around this time, so the only weekend I could see where no other big shows were happening is the weekend of November 13, which is the week of Veteran's Day. I'm trying hard for a Saturday, but I haven't heard back from them yet. We shouldn't have snow yet, so the weather wouldn't' interfere with people getting to the mountain.
The bad news is that we cannot have as many vendors as there is only inside space at that time of t e year. I would have to limit the types of vendors as well (ie: fewer jewelers, one body lotion vendor one fiber arts, etc). I guess the best way to do this would be to do it on a first come, first paid basis. I don't see why people couldn't double up on a six foot table to increase our vendor size, but everyone would have to pay an entry fee to help advertising costs.
Anyway, I'm just running it by you to see what you think. We would definitely keep this one limited to our team.

I am for it! Are you sure there's no snow there at that time of year?
