Hello, Team! My name is Ashleigh Popplewell (http://ashleighmichelle.etsy.com/) and I'm updating everyone on the upcoming First Friday in downtown las vegas! August 6, 2010 will be a fun First Friday with lots of artwork and some great deals.
I personally will have work shown upstairs in the Arts Factory in Suite 215. Though I will have my handy dandy pincushions (over 100 of them) I am focusing on some acrylic paintings that measure 24 x 26 inches in size.
There are 12 total, and they are based on microscopic images of the human body!
Here's where the discounts come in. Normal price for these paintings is $250 each, however on preview thursday (August 5) and First Friday between 6 and 11pm they will be on sale for $150. That is a $100 discount! To make it better, if you are a member of the Handmade in Vegas team, the discount applies all month long! So come by and take a peek at the paintings, sip some wine and hobknob with more of us creative types. The Arts Factory has a full bar service, food vendors, and live music!
