I know many of us have questions about the legalities of setting up our business and tax questions, so I've found a local accounting firm who is willing to send one of their CPAs out to talk to us and do some Q&A. If would be very helpful for those of you with specific questions to post them in comments to this post or on the meetup site so the presenter can be prepared with discussion topics that are most applicable for our group.
