Vendor Rules & Event Details

1. Only one Vendor per Company (i.e. Avon, TLC, etc.) will be allowed. However, there may be several companies represented with similar products. If we end up having a waiting list, priority will be given to product lines and services that are different from those already represented. Vendors initial ______
2. No more than one company product line may be displayed at each booth unless approved by organizer prior to event. Vendors initial ______
3. All products to be sold must be approved by the coordinators of the event, and the coordinators reserve the right to prohibit any product line or vendor if deemed offensive, distasteful or dangerous by the coordinator to ensure the event remains family-friendly. Vendors initial ______
4. No refunds will be given for any reason. If you are unable to attend you may send a representative to take your place. A vendor is not allowed to send a replacement vendor without prior written consent from coordinators. Only the product line approved on your contract will be allowed. Vendors initial ______
5. Vendors are required to be on time and are contracted until the end of the event. No vendor is permitted to tear down their display or leave early. Unless prior notice is given to organizer. Vendors initial ______
6. Each vendor is allowed One Adult helper to attend during both set-up and tear-down. A vendor is not allowed to send a replacement vendor without prior written consent from the event organizer. Vendors initial ______
7. Each vendor will need to supply a table. Each vendor is responsible to supply their own table cloth (large enough to reach the floor, so boxes are not showing). If available chairs maybe supplied as well. Vendors initial ______
8. Vendors may request booth location (i.e. front, back, end, middle, or inner aisle). These booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis as both the Payment and the contract are received. However, event organizers reserve the right to move vendors if deemed necessary. If you require special needs like an outlet please let the coordinator know. Vendors initial ______
9. This contract is between one vendor and the organizer. If you choose to have a “sister”
consultant split the cost, you may do so. However, you are solely responsible for your booth. Vendors initial ______
10. Soliciting other vendors is prohibited. Outside solicitors are not allowed and will be asked to leave. Vendors initial ______
11. Event organizers have no control over the attendance of the vendors/guests or promise any specific result. It is highly encouraged that all vendors take an active role in assisting the advertising process-please invite your customer base to promote attendance. Vendors initial ______
12. The mailing list will be available within 10 days of the show. Lists will then be emailed and use is limited to participating vendors only. If a vendor gives, sells or loans the list to anyone not a vendor in the event, the vendor will be fined $100 and will be prohibited from participating in any future events. Vendors initial ______
13. Promoter reserves the absolute right to make any changes necessary in Event Coordinator's sole judgement for the benefit of the event, including change in size, location and duration of the event. In the event of venue closer due to IRS, bankruptcy, a natural disaster, war or act of god, Coordinator has the right to move the show to a new venue. Vendors initial ______

Booth cost and Payment
1. Booth cost is $50 and covers the following
A. Use of cafeteria room
B. Advertising
C. Event Flyer (will be emailed to vendors to give to clients, friends, family, etc.)
D. Administration and organization of the Vendor Event.

2. Deadline is August 31, 2010. AFTER AUGUST 31 BOOTH COST $65.

4. All returned checks will be assessed a $25 charge the first time they are returned and $30 charge if returned a second time.
5. Each vendor will be required to donate one item or service for prize drawing the minimum value for the prize is $5.00 up to $20. Prizes must have no strings attached (meaning no obligation to sign up or hold a party, i.e. $10 off purchase of $50 or more) If you do not have a donation for the drawing, you may add $10.00 to your booth rental in exchange – this must be pre-approved by event coordinator. A Vendor Prize donation is not required but if you give one you will get one, value up to $20.

Vendor Check-In
1. Check in is at 9:00am. Vendors will need to check in with Tricia and also drop off raffle prize.
2. Each booth will be labeled with the Vendor’s Business Name. We ask that you are completely set up and ready for customers by 9:45am.
3. Please place all extra products, catalogs, samples, and personal items, under your table.
4. Please set up all displays on or behind table. Do not set up in the aisles or between booths as not to block other vendors around you.
5. Please no more than one open flame at your booth. Kids will be attending and we want them to be as safe as possible.

Raffle Information
1. The minimum value for the prize is $5.00 up to $20. It can be greater if you choose. Remember to attach your business card to your prize. Gift certificates are welcome also (with no attachments to them).
2. Prizes MUST be from your product line.

Work at Home Moms Vendor Event

Hold Harmless Agreement

I, ______________________________doing business as______________________________________________, do hereby agree and acknowledge that I will be participating in an event held by the Work at Home Moms meet up group, held at the Aliante Library.

I also understand, that regarding my participation that I am solely responsible for any sickness, illness, death or any other complication caused by the sale, consumption or use of my products, sales/services at this event.

I am aware that the Work at Home Moms Meet Up group will not be supplying security, and I am solely responsible for and all equipment, stock/inventory, or other supply brought by myself, employees, subcontractors, family assistance or any other assistance.

Therefore, by signing below, I do hereby release and hold: the Work at Home Moms Meet up group and facility, city of Las Vegas, State of Nevada; harmless of any kind and of any/and all claims, damages, actions liability and expenses, financial or legal obligations, of my occupancy at the Center due to any type of fire, theft, damage, sickness, illness or death caused by direct or indirect use of any of my transportation, product/services sold, used and/or consumed at these event hereinabove stated.
