I AM SO SORRY, Sarah, and other members who cannot participate on a Sunday. I thought if I secured a date this early, that we might be able to do a Saturday show, but weddings are big bucks for the hotel, and they are booked on all the Saturdays. I actually sent three e-mails in December, asking about a possible summer show, but they consistently ignored me. Also, there weren't even any Sundays in July!!! I went ahead and secured Sunday, August 7th, for our show. The only other date was late in August, which is too close to school shopping. August 7th is the same weekend as last year, and we had a really big turnout. Maybe we could go 10-5 instead of 10-4. What does everyone think about that? Hopefully, we won't get torrential rains!!! The way weather has been this year, who can say!!!
It will be both inside and outside, including the lagoon area. I asked that no other vendors be present, so we could have the lobby area as well. I have written down the names of the people who have contacted me already, so they are the first to be included. Jewelry sellers are already starting to fill up. That was the same problem I had with the Golf Course too. Big wedding day, Saturdays.
