Anniversary Craft Show
I'm not sure if the team's anniversary is in May or June, but I thought it would be fun to have a craft show for our anniversary. Perhaps we could do one not on a mountain, just for a change of scenery and whatnot. Is this a good idea? I'd love to help with the organization as much as I can, but I'm no craft show expert.

I've been pretty MIA from the group for so long but would love to be in the craft show! I've never done one before but have been dying to get me feet wet! :-)

I got our first team member on board late at night on April 28th :)
I know there are many people on the team who have expressed an interest in organizing an event or have said they have venues. If any of you are still interested in helping out with this one, chime in! I'd love to have a team closer to home so we can get all our friends out to support us!
I have a clubhouse where I live.
We could do it there but I am not in the middle of everywhere.
It is not Free but been inquiring and waiting to see how much it costs.
Last I checked was 250.00 so everyone would have to pay.

Here is the scoop!
We can rent the Silverstone Ballroom,
which is normally 750.00 but because I live here they would charge 500.00.
It will fit 16 tables max and it is 2700 sq feet and 30' Wide x 90' Long
She suggested the tables be along the sides and leave the middle open for people to walk through.
I haven't looked at it to see.
I have never organized an event yet, so this would be the first.(look out Robi here comes questions LOL)
They would provide chairs but no tables.
Also, they are normally booked for weddings on Saturdays and Sunday is a better option but it depends on if they r booked or not for Saturdays but they fill up very fast during wedding season.
These are just some details.
I would probably charge what Robi charged or a bit less and use the rest for advertising or whatever else is needed for the show. Balloons paperwork etc.

I'd love to do a show as well, I missed out on all of the previous ones due to being super preggo and my husband's schedule. Hopefully I can sit side by side selling with the lovely ladies in our group
