There is one thing you might need to check and update on your Etsy Public Profile - your "city." Go to Your Account, then Public Profile. Scroll down past Gender, and you will see "city."
THAT is where you need to list Las Vegas (or Henderson, or both) so that your shop will come up in the local shop search on Etsy. In my case, I covered all bases and listed it like this:
Las Vegas NV Nevada, Henderson NV Nevada, United States
If you have renewed an item or added one recently and you still do not show up on the Buy/ShopLocal search, that is probably why.
