Call for Vendors and Changes to ArtsWalk

If you would like to participate in ArtsWalk on December 16th, please let me know.  Here is the vendor information for those who have not vended with this event before: http://hendersonartswalk.blogspot.com/p/vendor-info.html.  This will be the last ArtsWalk we hold on a Thursday night.  After this month, we are going to take a break until April 2011. Thanks to all your feedback, we have decided to change up the event in 2011 to get better traffic and the event will move to Friday nights and only be held during the mild weather months.  

The event will be held every Friday night during the months of April, May June, September and October.  It will not be held during the other months.  We are moving it to these Friday nights so we can piggy back off the ArtBeat event at the same location (weekly ticketed concerts at the Water Street events plaza) and hopefully get the traffic we have been missing in 2010.  Also, not doing the event during the extreme hot or cold will save everyone a lot of hassle since traffic always drops off drastically during those months.  And of course, having our vendors email their friends and family about their participation in the event and encouraging them to attend is always appreciated.  They make the best customers!  We always appreciate your feedback to continue improving this event for everyone and hope the upcoming changes are beneficial for everyone involved.
