Just another quick reminder that we are now accepting applications for our 2nd Annual Christmas in July show on July 9, 2011 at Los Prados Golf Course on Ann Rd and Bradley. This is an ALL INDOOR SHOW!
Our advertisments will be featured in:
-the Centennial View (which is rec'd by over 65,000 homes!)
-the Summerlin View (which is rec'd by over 71,000 homes!)
-The Los Prados Golf Course newsletter (which is rec'd by 1,328 homes!)
-Craigslist
-Facebook (several vendors will also be advertising on their Facebook page)
-2,000+ printed flyers
-20+ large foam board size (16"x20") put up in the area surrounding the community with arrows directing clients from several different directions
-Fox5 News (local bulletin on the air)
-Ed Bozarth electric sign on Ann Rd and 95
-AND MORE!
We do our best to produce a quality show and we pride ourselves on variety. WE WANT YOU!!! :)

Second Annual Christmas in July Show!
Registration is now open for the Second Annual Christmas in July Craft and Gift Boutique.
Location: Los Prados Golf and Country Club (all INDOORS)
Date/Time: July 9th 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (deadline to register June 10th)
Space includes a table and up to two chairs:
6 foot table ............................................ $50.00
8 foot table .............................................$60.00
3x3 table ................................................$25.00
Half donut table approx. 5 feet .......... $50.00
3x3 table as an add on ..........................$15.00

We're BBBAAACCCCCKKKKKK!!!!
Hello my wonderful creative friends!
We took a few months off from craft shows (Brandy just HAD to have a baby!) BUT we are in the midst of setting up our next show for July 9th. This is an ALL INDOOR show at Los Prados Golf Course on Ann and Bradley. We will be advetising in TWO newspapers (The View for two different areas), craigslist, facebook, Handmade in Vegas, Ed Bozarth Chevrolet, Fox 5 News, 1,000+ flyers, and MORE! We will have 20+ signs (large, easy to read signs) posted in the area with the times and arrows directing shoppers to our show. We will be sending out an email to all of our friends but if you are unsure if you are on our email list then feel free to email us at spillthebeansetc@gmail.com.
Spaces will be 6 foot by 4 foot and available on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. Once we receive your COMPLETED application and payment, we will forward you the room layout and you will then be required to email us your top 3 choices for location.
We are looking to fill this event with 50 vendors! We have room for approximately 60 but 50 will allow our vendors some breathing room.
Please allow us time to send out our intro email and application. This event is open to ALL Handmade in Vegas team members, handmade vendors, and approved home-based businesses. We ALWAYS try our best to ensure that our vendors are spread out and away from similar vendors which is why we need your top 3 booth picks.

Handmade Holidays & More Show
Hello Handmade team! Above is the flyer for our November 20th show. We are almost to 40 vendors! Our July show only had 26! We have had an excellent response and want to thank all of you! We are still accepting applications however, we are full on jewelry vendors unless it is recycled jewelry, etc. We would love to see some more baby items (my first baby boy will be here in less than 10 weeks!) or any other unique craft! Craft and Gift Boutique Sign-Ups!
Hello Crafters,
We are holding our second Craft Boutique of the 2010 season.
We would love to have you join us! Please read the following and if you
are interested, email us a photo example of your work, and your
location preference, and we will forward you an application. If a photo
is not possible, we would love to set up a time to meet with you and see
your goodies!
Items: All items MUST be approved by us! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Liability: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or
stolen items. We will take the utmost care of your beautiful
handcrafted items.
The craft fair will take place:
Date: Sat. November 20th, 2010 11am -4pm
Location: Lamplight Village (95 and Durango) 7900 Meandering
Path Las Vegas, Nv. 89131
Entrance Fee:
Indoors: $50.00 which includes advertisement, one 6-ft
table (if needed) and no percentage of sale fees to us!
Back Patio: $25.00 which includes advertisement, one 6-ft table (if needed) and no percentage of sale fees to us!
Grass Park Area: $35.00 (bring your 10x10 EZ-Up) which includes advertisement, one 6-ft table (if needed) and no percentage of sale fees to us! Feel free to jam pack your 10x10 space with all of your handcrafted goodies including shelves, grid rack, etc. (Please contact us for information on sharing your EZ-Up space with an additional vendor.)
Please have payments in by Tuesday, October 12, 2010 to allow time for advertisements and reservation fees. We accept cash, check, money orders and paypal.
Set Up: Set up will be Saturday, November 20st. 10am – 11am
Sales: You are responsible for payments and sales at your booth.
