A few new pieces...I love punkins.  I'll have them at my first show of the season which is Harvest Festival at Cashman Field.  I hope to see many team members out there.  Please stop in and say 'hello'.

Art in the Park is coming up this weekend!

That's right!  One of the biggest and best outdoor shows in the west is in our own backyard.  Art in the Park will be held this coming weekend, October 2-3 at the parks in Boulder City.  For a close parking space plan to be there early...like by 8am...but don't let parking bother you.  You can ride the CAT busses that will be running every 5-10 minutes and make your day much easier and less stressful.  They drop you off right at the parks and pick you up when you're finished.  All fees for the busses go to a local charity for the weekend.   There will be a handful of our Etsy Team members showing at this event...stop by and say hi to them.

Post About Team and Craft Show

In an effort to spread the word of crafty goodness about our Etsy team I put a post on my blog.  I also added information and hyperlinks to information about the craft show this Sunday at Mt. Charleston.  Even though I am not participating in the event, I want to do my part to support the crafting community so I've blogged about it at Twiddlebugz Designz and plan to enjoy my day on the mountain with my hubby, shopping, and meeting other team members.  Consider a post on your blog about the event if you haven't done so already and I hope to see you there.

Duck Creek Days

Get out of the Vegas heat and head to the cool, clean air of Cedar Mtn in southern Utah this Friday and Saturday, July 16 & 17 for Duck Creek Days.  Twiddlebugz Designz along with many other great vendors will be there spreading crafty goodness all over the meadow.  Stop by and see me, mention the Las Vegas Etsy Team and recieve a 20% discount on your purchase.

Hello...

Hi everyone, I'm Crystal from Twiddlebugz Designz.  I'm excited to be part of this team promoting crafts in Vegas, and each other. I've grown up in Las Vegas, raised my kids here, and seen so much growth it's unreal...but the crafting community, well...I'm super excited to see anything crafty happening around here.

I'm married to my high school sweetheart, we've got 2 boys and a daughter in law. I live to craft...I swear it's in my DNA.  I've taught craft classes 18 of the last 25 years (Tole painting, sewing, general crafts, and more).  I've participated in craft shows for 25 years and even organized a few.  I work holidays and a few weddings at a florist shop.

My husband and I have spent 17 years in the Scouting program with our boys, it's so rewarding and touches many lives in a positive way.  We've now started a BBQ team and look forward to our first competition in July in Arizona.  (TrailhoundSmokers.Blogspot.com)

My Etsy shop is Twiddlebugz.  Please come by and visit, heart me, and add me to your favorites.  I look forward to meeting many of you at upcoming meetings...sorry about missing the first one.

Happy crafting everyone!
