Hey Team!
We are asking ALL TEAM MEMBERS to go to the website and fill out the MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE located on the HOME PAGE. This is so we can update the team roster and get an accurate headcount of the members.
The DEADLINE for completion of this form is MARCH 1st, 2012.
Any team members that have not completed the questionnaire will be REMOVED from the team roster and will be asked to re-apply for membership, if they want to be on the team.
