A Few Moments of panic about the Mt. Charleston Show

I wanted to share this with you. The events coordinator was not answering my e-mails. so I went to the hotel to see her in person (I just talked to her a month ago). She had quit!!! Not only that, but there was a new events coordinator and a new general manager!!! And neither one of them knew anything about our show!!! They couldn't meet with me to discuss it until 2pm, so needless to say, I was in complete panic mode until then!!! I've already ordered expensive BIG signs and flyers, etc. To cut to the chase, fortunately, there was a calendar with Art Fair on it, but no other information. Because it was on there, nothing else had been scheduled.There was no contact information for them to get hold of me, so I guess it's a good thing I went in there. The show is on, and they were very nice about it. On the plus side, they both seem to be more "together" than the previous people. They don't know if there will be entertainment yet, but they are looking into it. Also, they are probably going to set up an outside grill and sell hot dogs and hamburgers, etc. As long as the weather holds out, we should have a great time.
